In recent decades, we have already worked with all well-known manufacturers and importers. Thanks to our know-how, we have a flair for trends and, thanks to our size, can react quickly and deliver accessories for special series in the shortest possible time. Thanks to our global network and our outstanding suppliers, we can develop, offer and cover a wide range of products.
Do you have an idea in the field of vehicle accessories and add-on parts? We are happy to implement these together with you, from design to construction to small series. In addition to the design service, we offer our TÜV-relevant knowledge and experience. Our strengths lie in the field of plastic 3D printing and in-moulding, stainless steel add-on parts, chassis lifts and rim/tyre combinations. We have already taken many ideas from prototype status to series production.

GENESIS GV70 Roof Rack
From the idea to small-batch status
Born out of the Genesis partnership, the idea of an exclusive roof rack suitable for winter sports was developed and driven to a mature prototype. The roof rack is custom-made for the GV70 with various specific adjustments. Integrated LED headlights, streamlined shape, recess for the roof antenna and carbon ski/sled mounts characterize this absolute premium roof rack.
The prototype was “milled from solid material” and thus offers the template for possible in-mould production. From here, large-scale production would also be possible. The project is therefore not yet complete!
Mercedes X-Class
Exclusive Sharing
With the X-Class made by delta4x4, we have already developed a suitable lift kit with wheel/tyre combination when the X-Class went into series production. Quality and implementation have convinced Mercedes and the conversion has received the official approval from Mercedes!
Mitsubishi L200
Strong partner
We have had a strong bond with Mitsubishi for a long time. For the L200, we have exclusively developed a front bar, made the matching wheel/tyre combination homologatable and designed perfectly fitting wheel arch extensions. For many years, this combination was sold directly and exclusively by Mitsubishi.
Quality is at the top of the list of requirements for our products. The front bar is also made of stainless steel. Workmanship and finish are premium level. On request, also exclusively for you!
Our wheel arch extensions are always individually designed for each vehicle model. A local partner manufactures them according to our specifications using the in-mould process. The perfect fit is guaranteed.

Hymer is known per se for its exclusivity. For the Venture S, Hymer is rolling out a completely new and innovative camper concept. The solidity of this project is represented by the delta4x4 Klassik_B rim.

Of course, our safety-relevant products are subjected to appropriate tests. No excuses! We prepare ourselves and our products intensively for the upcoming TÜV inspection. This ensures a smooth process and keeps the budget within limits.
