Information about the product recall Trak2 7017 from ROH Wheels

In a routine inspection carried out by the KBA, irregularities have been found in the steel rim Trak2 7017 (only 17 “xJ7) from the manufacturer ROH. Rims with the date of manufacture 01.09.2015 to 04.08.2020 and the identification number KBA 51377 are affected. In the worst case, it can lead to rim cracks. There are currently no reports of incidents caused by the product.

The manufacturer of the steel rim is ROH Australia and it was sold by delta Geländesport und Zubehör Handels GmbH in Europe between 2015-09-01 and 2020-08-04.

Other articles from delta Geländesport and ROH Wheels are explicitly not affected by this product recall.

Product recall Procedure:

If you are owner of one of the affected rims, please contact us immediately by phone at +49 8134/930211 between 8 am and 12 pm or by e-mail: simone.hoffmann@delta4x4.de.

Consumers in possession of this product will be refunded the purchase price upon return of the rims or will receive a free replacement as far as technically possible.

In case of exchange, please come to delta Geländesport und Zubehör Handels GmbH with your vehicle after making an appointment.

If it is not possible for you to come to Pfaffenhofen an der Glonn, we will send you or your tire dealer the replacement rims. Die Montagekosten werden nach Absprache mit uns vergütet.

All customers supplied by delta will be contacted directly by delta Geländesport.
