Toyota Land Cruiser 150 Nordic Edition
The request to delta4x4 came from the far north of Scandinavia: “Can you build us a Toyota Land Cruiser that is a little more equipped for our arctic conditions. That means in the “Icelandic style” raised with big wheels but – in contrast to the vehicles from the Nordic island – homologated and drivable for the roads in Europe? ”
Now the new Land Cruiser 150 is no longer a gnarled off-road vehicle like its immediate predecessors in the J4 to J9 series, but an extremely comfortable, luxury off-road vehicle equipped with all the achievements of automotive technology.
Still a routine task for the chassis specialists from the Munich area.
The conversion of delta consists of a 50mm body lift kit, which makes it possible to mount tires of size 305 / 60R18. All in all, this results in an elevation of the vehicle of approx. 10 cm. In order to cover the bulky tires, the wheelhouses are widened by approx. 40mm.
The kit for a lift by 50mm is available for 690 €, large wheels with all-terrain tires from Mickey Thompson are available from 3,500 €. Street-legal personal protection bars in stainless steel or black cost € 570 or € 590, the wheel arch extensions cost € 1,800.
