Play it again delta Under this motto, the off-road vehicle tuner develops a Beast variant of the new Amarok.

The new edition of the VW Amarok is in the starting blocks and rolls to the dealers at the beginning of next year. When the time comes, delta 4×4 will have a new edition of its legendary Beast variant for the VW pickup in its program. After all, the Bavarian off-road vehicle specialist has been developing and building tailor-made off-road accessories for over 40 years – from chassis lifts and matching off-road wheels to fender fittings, auxiliary headlights and add-on parts.

delta4x4 is relaxed about the trend towards downsizing . After all, there have always been individualists who have swum against the tide and, for example, wanted larger horses, more all-terrain carriages or more light. This will not change in the future, but today such people drive off-road vehicles, pickups and recently increasingly campervans. For years, the Beast conversions of the Upper Bavarian off-road specialist delta4x4 have been synonymous with maximum off-road capability, which is allowed to roll over the roads of Europe with the blessing of the TÜV.

In this tradition, the new Amarok in its Beast variant of delta4x4 is raised by 15 centimetres and placed on tyres of size 305/70 R 18 or the alternative format 35×12.5 R 20. In this combination, the pickup grows by about one inflated football in height. For the first time, the South German off-road tuner installs a Hanma low-bed rim of size 18×9 in the suspension modification, alternatively the Real Beadlock rim Force in 20×9 inches is used. The new wheels are covered by generously dimensioned “Bull Egg” fender flares.

In addition, delta4x4 is developing a new front bar for the Amarok, which has been tested according to pedestrian protection criteria. It not only protects the front of the vehicle from smaller bumps in off-road use, but also serves as an optimal attachment point for the latest generation of headlights from PIAA – the rally outfitter from Japan, whose products are considered the most solid on the market. Alternatively, the additional luminaires can be mounted on the newly developed roof rack , which is optimised in terms of weight, load capacity and height. A loading platform bracket and an electric winch from the Austrian winch specialist Horn round off the adventure performance of the delta4x4 off-road design study .
