Ford Ranger Kentros
Kentrosaurus is the name of a dinosaur that lived in Africa 150 million years ago. A nimble all-terrain animal that, thanks to its spines on its back and side, was extremely defensive and invulnerable.
The Kentros from Delta is a huge conversion and mutates the good pick-up into a monster 2.20 meters high. Despite these gigantic dimensions, the vehicle is still suitable for everyday use – it only takes a little sportiness to get into the cockpit of the giant.
In the terrain, the Big Foot impresses with a ground clearance of 310mm and an angle of approach of 35 degrees (standard 28 degrees).
The kit for raising the height by 100mm to the “delta Kentros” is available for € 1,700, large wheels with all-terrain tires are available from € 2,500. Street-legal personal protection and roll bars made of stainless steel cost € 570 and € 590, respectively, the wheel arch extensions cost € 1,800. The complete “delta Kentros” is available from 45,000 €, depending on the basic equipment.
