The JEEPER brand
In the midst of the best locations in Champagne, the Goutorbe family has been producing consistent quality champagne for 5 generations on 32 hectares from the three noble grapes Pinot noir, Pinot meunier and Chardonnay. In 1944 Armand Goutorbe returns injured from World War II. In order to be able to move around the vineyards, the state allowed him to buy a jeep. A vehicle that over time proved to be an essential element in the development of the winery. After Armand was persistently called “Jeeper” by the neighbors, Armand Goutorbe honored his Jeep and created the champagne brand JEEPER.
The JEEPER Cuvée:
Delta 4×4 carries the exclusive “Grande Réserve Brut” cuvée. This JEEPER champagne is made in the best tradition in an extraordinary blend of more than 11 layers from 100 percent Chardonnay grapes, which come exclusively from our own vineyards. A finely built, very harmonious brut champagne, which with its delicate, balanced cuvée and the long-lasting fragrance is reminiscent of flowers with slight traces of honey and surprises with a subtle, fruity final bouquet in the finish.
