“At most a G-Class from delta4x4 can be even better than a Mercedes G 500 4x4hoch2”, thought the South German off-road vehicle tuning specialist and replaced that in cooperation with the southernmost German Mercedes dealership – the Hornung company from Garmisch Standard 22-inch gear train with 325/55 tires thanks to large-format coarse stollers that promote traction. For this purpose, delta4x4 has modified its one-piece forged 18-inch alloy wheel of the “Legacy Forged” type so that it fits the portal axles of the G 500 4x4hoch2 and equips it with mud terrain tires in the format 37×13.5R18 from the American off-road tire specialist Mickey Thompson . The new forged wheels from delta4x4 are approved for a wheel load of almost two tons / wheel with a weight of 12.7 kg. Mickey Thompson’s MT tires are characterized by their superior traction off-road – with smooth driving characteristics on the road.
The Mercedes G 500 4x4hoch2 in delta4x4 trim marks a superlative among off-road vehicles – as a vehicle that, thanks to its size, its superior technology, noble comfort and outstanding off-road properties, occupies a leading position worldwide in its segment.
The set of complete wheels (four rims with four tires) with the aluminum rims delta Legacy Forged in the size 9 x 18 including tires from Mickey Thompson in the format 37 x 13.5 R 18 (335/70 R 18) are for the Mercedes G 500 4x4hoch2 for the price of € 7,900 available. The forged master wheel costs 1,050 euros per rim. Delta4x4 supplies the forged wheels either in matt black or polished.
